Accessing Your Account
At the login page, the term ‘account number’ has been replaced by ‘Member Number’. In most cases you’ll use the same number you’re used to except you’ll leave out the hyphen (123456-7 vs. 1234567).
Your password will remain the same.
The first time you log in to our upgraded system you will be asked a few extra questions. These questions are part of our new enhanced security protocols that will better safeguard your account information. The answers you provide offer an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
New Features
Create e-mail alerts that automatically notify you when checks clear or balances fall below certain amounts. Alerts can also remind you of appointments, birthdays, anniversaries and other scheduled events.
Categorize transactions after they clear to calculate expenses simply and accurately.
Check Register is sortable, searchable and customizable—making it easier to monitor your spending.
Accounts can be setup to display all joint owner relationships.
Create customizable account nicknames to personalize and organize your accounts.
Your account history will begin building on November 12. A link to our old system will be provided where you can access a record of transactions made before the upgrade.
